Grow your green thumb this summer by joining our hands-on learning series all about herb and flower gardening! In this free workshop on Saturday, June 23, 2024 from 9:30-11:00am, you'll learn everything you need to know to cultivate a beautiful and bountiful herb and flower garden at home.

  • Soil Basics - Understanding what your plants need to thrive
  • Water Wisdom - Proper irrigation techniques
  • Sun Savvy - Matching plants to the right sun exposure
  • Plant Picks - Choosing the best herbs and flowers for your garden
  • Pest Patrol - Identifying and managing common garden pests
  • Garden Design - Laying out an attractive and functional garden plot
  • Eating & Harvesting - How and when to enjoy your garden's bounty

Each participant will receive:

  • Gardening notebook to take notes
  • Digital booklet with gardening tips
  • One herb plant
  • One flower plant to take home
